A generous 31 months of this time was spent finishing in a refill Oloroso sherry butt, before it was bottled up in 2021 at cask strength with an outturn of 595 bottles, released by James Eadie.

Dailuaine 13 Year Old 2007 (cask 3/1) - James Eadie Scotch Whisky | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Hot cross buns studded with dried fruits and spread with a good helping of melted butter, gingersnap biscuits, warm apple tart.

Palate: Peppery oak, with cakey nutmeg and cinnamon, nutty malt, vanilla cream, and a sweet drizzle of honey.

Finish: Green oak, a touch of vegetal zest, and dried herbs alongside juicy sultanas, buttered malt loaf, and caramel sauce.
